Sooooo...you either get this or you don't. Many moons ago I would decorate our pink Christmas tree with all of my four daughters. When we were finished and they all went to bed...I went to work. UNTIL...they started noticing AND they began purposely moving them around to bug me. Over the years a lot has changed. I decided that I was over perfection and that imperfection was much easier and freeing. During this holiday season I encourage you to sit back and eat a slice of this cake and just let it ride. P.S. I may or may not have moved a few ornaments for this photo.

    I am Celiac and have been for the last 10 years, so I have tried lots of different gluten free cakes along the way. Hands down these are the best tasting and have the best texture of any gluten free cake I have had. They are not dry or crumbly at all. I actually questioned if the cake was actually gluten free at one point because it tasted too good to be true. (Don’t worry, it was gluten free because I didn’t get sick!).


     I can also say her gluten free options are at the same quality, flavor, and consistency level as her regular cakes. I first had Wendy’s cakes when she had her cupcake shop in Monticito before I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. These are just as amazing and I will absolutely be ordering again!
